What We Publish
The PaidInsight research library explains customer-interview craft, research strategy, campaign selection, evidence quality, synthesis, and research operations. Launch automation is limited to evergreen guides, playbooks, explainers, and methodology articles.
Automated publication does not cover customer stories, competitor claims, legal or regulatory advice, medical or financial claims, private customer data, pricing comparisons, or time-sensitive benchmarks. Those subjects require a separately approved review and evidence lane.
How Articles Are Produced
PaidInsight uses an automated, AI-assisted workflow to research, draft, critique, validate, publish, and verify eligible articles. The workflow runs without per-article human approval only inside the launch policy above.
Repository-owned checks validate the article structure, citations, sources, risk classification, originality, privacy, safe Markdown, canonical metadata, Git publication state, and live site. A separate critic pass evaluates unsupported factual claims and whether the cited sources actually support the draft. A failed text or evidence gate blocks publication.
Eligible articles also attempt an AI-generated editorial cover under PaidInsight's app-owned visual policy. Covers contain no generated headlines, numbers, people, product interfaces, logos, or claim-bearing charts. Deterministic file/originality checks and an independent visual critic must accept the final bytes before they can publish. If the image lane fails after one bounded retry, the evidence-complete article publishes without a cover; no broken or unchecked image reference is retained.
Evidence And Sources
Governed factual claims must point to visible citations. Each citation resolves to a retained source dossier containing the requested and final public HTTPS URL, publisher, dates, source tier, retrieval fingerprint, and a short evidence excerpt.
We prefer primary sources. Regulatory claims require an official primary source and are not autonomously published at launch. Search-result snippets are discovery aids, not evidence. Source pages are treated as untrusted data, not instructions for the publishing agent.
Corrections And Withdrawals
Corrections preserve the article identity, URL, and feed identifier. They show what changed, update the modification date, and retain correction provenance.
An article is withdrawn when its evidence, privacy, or safety contract can no longer be met. A withdrawn URL either explains that the article is unavailable or permanently redirects to a named replacement. Withdrawn articles disappear from the landing page, blog collection, sitemap, and future RSS output. Feed readers may retain copies they previously downloaded.

Articles use the organizational byline Paid Insight Research Desk and disclose the automated, AI-assisted workflow. We do not invent human authors, imply human review that did not happen, or present illustrative examples as real customer outcomes.
