Email preferences
This page explains what stops which email. There is no general mailing list here: every message is tied to a specific research study, a completed interview, or a workspace you manage.
Study, billing and report emails go to the people managing a workspace: its contact address and, for study emails, the person who launched or confirmed the study. Teammate invitations go to the person invited. To ask for a change, contact support through the help center and include the email address and the type of message you want help with.
Every invitation has an unsubscribe link. Using it stops research invitations to your address for every study on PaidInsight.com, and invitations you have not started yet close. Declining an invitation closes it and stops further invitations from the same sender. Reward emails belong to a completed interview and stop when the claim is finished or the claim window closes.
