Why am I receiving this?
PaidInsight sends email when someone invites you to a research interview, when a completed interview has a reward update, or when your workspace has a study, billing, report, or teammate update.
Research interview, reward, or workspace update
Participant emails are tied to an invite or reward. Workspace emails are tied to a signed-in account that manages research activity in PaidInsight.
A research customer you have dealt with added your email address to a study, and we send the invitation on their behalf. The Participant Privacy Notice below explains what we do with your contact details, transcripts, and recordings.
A research interview is a short phone call with Penny, an AI interviewer. The call is recorded and transcribed, and you agree to that on the invitation page before it starts.
