These Participant Terms explain the rules for taking part in a PaidInsight research interview when you receive an invitation from a research customer.

PaidInsight provides AI-led research interview tooling for business customers. This document is operator-authored plain language. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed or approved by counsel.

What you agree to when you participate

By checking the agreement control on your invitation and continuing, you:

  1. Agree to these Participant Terms for this invitation.
  2. Authorize PaidInsight to send a verification text to the phone number you provide and to place an AI interview call to that number for this study.
  3. Consent to the interview being recorded, transcribed, and analyzed for the research customer's study.
  4. Confirm that you have read the Participant Privacy Notice.

Eligibility

  • You must be an adult (18 or older).
  • Current production interviews support verified US phone numbers only.
  • You must be the person invited, or an authorized answerer for that invitation.
  • You may decline the invitation at any time before the interview starts.

The interview

  • The interviewer is an AI assistant acting for the named research customer.
  • The call is for qualitative research about the study purpose shown on your invitation.
  • You may end the call at any time.
  • Declining or ending early does not create a false completed interview.

Rewards

If a reward is displayed, it is conditional. Eligibility, claim instructions, PayPal processing, and provider checks apply. Completing an interview does not guarantee a payout.

Prohibited use

Do not use the interview to harass anyone, submit another person's private data without authority, or attempt to disrupt PaidInsight systems.

Changes

If these terms change for a future invitation, you will be asked to agree again. Historical acceptances stay tied to the version you accepted.
